No More Starvation Diets!
Starving Your Body In Order To Lose Weight Is The Exact OPPOSITE Thing You Need To Be Doing…
When you starve your body, you tell your body to get rid of the muscle and hold onto the fat cells because those are the “storage cells” that will keep you alive through the famine (or when the food runs out).
That’s what your body thinks is going on — why else would all the food have run out?…
So your body prepares for the long, hard road ahead by eliminating as much muscle as you can. Then you watch as the scale MAY go down, but you are losing muscle.
And as soon as you break your willpower with a binge, you have a slower metabolism with more fat cells that are just waiting to plump up even more.
If you’ve ever been on a starvation diet, then you’ve trained your body to store fat.
But Don’t Worry, There’s Hope…
In this video, you’ll discover the key to STOP your body from storing fat and allow your body’s natural fat-burning system to fire UP!

Love, your tips, Andrea. I’ve started Kettle Bell training and can’t believe how much better my body feels since I’ve started strength training. Am looking for a really good high energy protein bar recipe – any suggestions?
What are the best sources of protein for losing weight?
Great question! When I think about easy, healthy protein, I look at the overall affect of that food on my body, my budget, and the planet.
I’ll make a video for you to tell you more about them and how I eat them! Thanks for the great idea
It’s amazing how strength training will give you so much more energy, and you’ll see fast results in your muscle tone while you slim down. Congrats on finding something fun to do for your fitness activity and exercise! It’s ALL about “Funning Out” instead of “Working Out”!
And as for the protein bars, you want to read the ingredient labels on all your “diet foods” because they may be hiding sugar and chemicals in the ingredients.
There are only a few that I’ve found that are ACTUALLY healthy and REALLY natural… and even fewer that are high in quality protein.
It’s best to eat natural foods for losing weight – like a handful of almonds or raw nuts and a piece of fruit. This will speed up your metabolism, give you energy, conquer your sugar cravings, and give you healthy fats and protein from the nuts with fast-activating carbs from the fruit.
I’ll keep looking for the perfect protein bar and let you know when I find it (but don’t hold your breath!
