Yoga Poses For A Tight CORE And Flat Belly

Here I am doing a one-leg standing pose on a rock by the beach in Sydney, Australia… a pose that requires A LOT of core power…

Having a tight CORE helps your body stay in alignment by keeping the bones all stacked on top of each other. 

If your CORE is “weak” or “dead”, then all your bones and muscles are having to strain in an uncomfortable position all day.

This puts a lot of pressure on your digestive organs, causing poor digestion and a slower metabolism. Plus, your lungs don’t have room to breathe, and when your CORE is weak, your posture suffers…

This pushes the front of your belly fat out even further and makes it look even more bloated.

It doesn’t take a lot of time or strength, but when you do it right… you can feel it!
