Way To A Flat Belly…
Phase 1
When you’re going on the flat belly journey, you need to be aware that there are different phases you’re going to be moving through as you are losing belly fat. In the beginning, phase 1 is a very exciting place to be.
This is where you start to feel the difference in your energy levels and in your mood and you start to feel it in your clothes and how your jeans and your pants and your belts are fitting looser and looser.
Phase 2
It’s a very exciting phase and you are going to get these results really quickly from the tips and the secrets that I’m going to be sharing with you.
Then as you move into phase 2 of your flat belly journey, it’s important to understand that you may not have as immediate results as you did in phase 1.
This is where your body starts to acclimate or starts to regulate itself to the changes that you’ve been making and so sometimes you can go through a plateau where you stop losing belly fat or you can through a dip where actually belly fat may come back.
It’s important to be aware that phase 2 is part of the journey. Most people give up, most people think, oh, it’s not working, I’m meant to have belly fat and they just stop right there, but if you can make it through this phase 2 of the journey then you are rewarded when you move into phase 3.
Phase 3
Phase 3 is where it begins to become effortless and all your hard work and effort that you’ve been applying to your flat journey really starts to pay off.
That’s when your body to goes to an accelerated speed of losing belly fat. Your metabolism skyrockets.
You feel great inside of your body and then you start to know for sure that all of these changes that you’ve been making are going to last because it becomes a part of you.
It’s now effortless to just live in this state of being So knowing that the three phases are in front of you, it’s important to be aware that you may have difficulty or you may have setbacks and in any one of these phases.
But if you can stick with the journey, you’re going to move through it quickly and easily and you’re going to be prepared for those setbacks before they come.
So that when you do run into them, you know how to move through them quickly and move into phase 3 as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
One of the most important things to understand as you’re going through your flat belly journey is that sugar directly increases your belly fat and here’s a diagram with sugar spikes and belly fat.
We’re going to be talking more about this as we go through the flat belly journey, but this diagram right here just shows you that there’s a belly fat tipping point and when your blood sugar levels get too high, it causes belly fat storage.
This is directly related to stress hormones in your body like cortisol and adrenaline, which are also important for regulating the belly fat and for stopping the belly fat storage and becoming aware of when you eat too much sugar that it’s going to be sending your body into these sugar spikes and that’s where belly fat storage happens.
The key to going through the flat belly journey and moving into phase 3 of the flat belly journey is to stopping the sugar spikes and regulating your stress hormones so that you don’t live in state of chaos and overwhelm and cortisol and adrenaline aren’t pumping through your brain and your body all the time.
What that’s going to do is it’s going to lower your stress hormone levels and it’s also going to regulate your blood sugar levels by the journey that we’re going on as you learn all the tips and the secrets and everything that I’m going to be sharing with you, regulating your blood sugar and calming your stress hormones and that is going to stop your body from storing belly fat.
You can see here that there’s no sugar spikes and that’s when you get a flat belly.
