Maybe you learned it from a magazine, a celebrity, or some other “dieter” that told you that was the fastest way to lose weight

“I just stopped eating so much food, and I got skinny” is what we hear all the time so it makes sense that it would work for you too, right? 

But is it really that way?

Maybe you can relate to thisYou start the day thinking, “I need to lose weight in time for (insert special event here), so I’m not going to eat at all today!

You are CONVINCED that you can stop eating.

You’re on a willpower “high” because you’re absolutely positive that you can do this.

You skip breakfast, and think, “No problem at all”.

And then in the afternoon, you pump yourself up with some caffeine or pop a diet pill to suppress your appetite, and you get even more confident that you are really on the track to getting thin.

But then in the early evening, your body and brain is starting to shut down, and your emotions are out of control, but still you’re certain that you’ve got the willpower to make it through…

Until you smell a whiff of that pizza place or that fast food restaurant that you pass by, and before you know it, you’re stuffing your face and elbow deep in greasy, fattening food. You wake up from the food coma, and think, “What happened?!”

You were so in control and confident all day long, and you were doing so good… and now, you’ve destroyed it all, and all you’re left with is a massive dose of indigestion, fat-storage, and GUILT.

You swear to yourself, “Tomorrow, I’m gonna make up for this binge, and I’m not going to eat anything all day!”… And the cycle repeats.

Starvation diets have been around for decades, and you would think that we would’ve learned that it’s just not REALITY to believe that you can live like this, but here’s probably something you don’t know…

Starvation Diets Make You Fatter.

 That’s right, you actually gain MORE weight when you starve yourself.

Here’s what happens…

When you stop eating, your body thinks that the environment you are living in has just run out of food.

And your body is prepared for this because this used to happen A LOT to your ancestors.

There were droughts and famines, and long stretches of time where nothing grew in the area (this was long before farming or agriculture), so your body has a very sophisticated way to deal with this…

Your body slows down your metabolism and prepares for the long drought or famine that is ahead. It slows down your metabolism by immediately getting rid of the most expensive cells – muscle.

Muscle cells take a lot of ENERGY to keep them alive, and if you’re not getting enough food, then those are the FIRST to go. So your body registers, “Food is gone! Gotta get rid of that muscle!”, and it starts to do this immediately.

Your body thinks you’re in starvation mode, and it also does a lot of amazing things to your brain and energy levels in order to keep you alive – mostly slowing you down, and pumping you full of “stress hormones” that are going to give you a temporary rush of energy, but they have long term, devastating effects on your metabolism and brain chemistry.

Starving yourself gets rid of muscle cells, which slows down your metabolism, and it also trains your body to store more FAT cells. Why? Because fat cells are your “storage cells” that are there to keep you alive when all the food has run out.

So when you break your starvation diet or fast with a binge (which you ALWAYS do)… then your body is going to make sure that it has even MORE fat cells.

Your body is preparing for the NEXT time that the food is going to run out, and you’ve already programmed your body to EXPECT that to happen (that’s the next time you go and starve yourself).

 Starvation Diets Are Insanity…

You’re setting yourself up for a vicious cycle of losing muscle, slowing down your metabolism, depleting your brain and energy levels, and training your body to store more fat. Isn’t it great?

And you thought starving yourself was sexy and only the really “strong” people can do it.

But in reality, it doesn’t work for longterm weight loss.

People who are starving themselves don’t have the energy to exercise or use their brain for learning or productivity, and if you’ve ever felt their bodies, you can feel that they have almost no muscle tone at all.

 What Is The Best Way To Lose Weight? 

Feed your body natural, whole foods throughout the day, and never let your body go into “starvation mode”.

When you eat a small, healthy meal every 2 or 3 hours throughout the day, you are telling your body, “There is food everywhere! I live in an abundant land that is healthy and thriving”.

This will tell your body to make MORE muscle, and use that energy for learning, exercising, and LIFE.

You’ll feel ALIVE and vibrant throughout the day without the up and down crashes where you need a caffeine or sugar boost to pick you up.

7 Superfoods I Eat Every Day

These Foods Give Your Body The Energy,
Vitamins, and Minerals You Need!


You need NUTRIENTS from healthy foods to make healthy cells and a fast metabolism to shed fat while you keep tone, lean muscle…

These are my two favorite super-fruits because they are high in antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber that will keep your internal organs clean of toxic gunk.

Even though these are two different foods, it’s only one category of “super-fruit” because it’s best to eat fruits when they are naturally “in season”.

 

 

Grapefruits are best in cold, winter months while Blueberries are ripe in summertime.

These “Super-Fruits” are naturally sweet and delicious to satisfy your sweet cravings while giving you lots of healthy vitamins, minerals, and fiber to lose weight naturally.

 

 

 

3. Kale

It’s hard to pick my favorite dark, leafy green… but Kale seems to win out over the others for it’s rich taste and crunchy bite.

Sauté it with garlic and olive oil with special seasonings, and you’ve got a delicious, fat- melting dish for any time of day!

And the dark, leafy greens will help produce more serotonin – the “feel good” hormone to reduce depression and emotional eating.

 

4. Almonds

These sweet, crunchy nuts are delicious with oatmeal, a piece of fruit, or even just on their own.

They are full of vitamins, healthy fats, and protein that will fill you up fast and give you stable energy over time.

Even if you can’t find almonds, any nuts are going to be better than all the other snack foods — make sure there are no added chemicals or flavorings!

 

5. Olive Oil

A longtime favorite export from one of the healthiest cultures on the planet…

The Mediterranean diet is definitely onto something with low rates of heart disease, cholesterol, and weight gain.

Olive oil is great! Try it drizzled over salads, sautéed in vegetables, or used for healthy cooking anywhere you would normally use butter.

You’ll be getting healthy fats that give your cells sustained energy, and a fast metabolism while you satisfy your fatty cravings in a healthy way.

 

 

 

6. Quinoa – (pronounced “keen-wa”)

This is a super-grain from South America and it has the highest protein out of all the grains which means it will digest more slowly over time (and that’s a very good thing!)…

This is great to keep you full and prevent you from eating too much.

 

 

 

7. Black Beans

These are delicious for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any time of day.

You can toss them in salads, add salsa for a testy kick, or put them into any soup for added vegetarian protein.

The Obesity Epidemic In America Has Skyrocketed Over The Last 40 Years

Is it our genetics?

Why didn’t your grandmother and your great grandmother gain weight as easily as we do?

And up until recently, there was this really big mystery about why the Europeans weren’t getting fat.

I mean here the French are eating all those buttery croissants and all those cream-filled sauces and they weren’t getting fat like Americans, up until recently and now they’re getting fatter just like us.

So what’s changed? Well sure, there’s the super sized portions that has something to do with it.

But the main difference between what your grandmother grew up eating and what you’re eating today is the chemicals.

The Chemicals That They’re Putting In Food Is The Prime Suspect For Why We Keep Getting Fatter And Fatter As A Nation And Now The World. 

At the grocery store and in the bread aisle and I found this particular kind of bread.

I’m not going to tell you the label of it because I don’t want to get sued, but basically the name actually has earth in it. So they’re trying to imply that it’s natural and healthy and it’s from the earth.

But when you look at the ingredients on the back, the place where they can’t just fudge and put anything, there’s high fructose corn syrup which is a super sugar that has contributed largely to the obesity epidemic.

There’s also mono and diglycerides, sodium carbonate, calcium propionate, which are preservative.

 A frozen dinner has the name healthy in its label and it also has a picture of a man running, I guess it’s a like fitness food or something.

But when you look closer at the ingredients, it actually says that there’s enriched flour, which means a processed food that used to be wheat and also a polysorbate 80.

Thank god it’s not polysorbate 79, right?  

Another one called ‘smart’.

You’ve got to be smart in order to pronounces the things on the label!

A dessert that advertises it’s low calorie and fat free and perfect for dieters. Well, there are exactly two ingredients out of 20 that I can recognize, how is this good for you?  

Next is the salad dressings and a salad is one of the healthiest foods you can eat, right? Well not if you put this dressing on it because this even says that it’s light and low calorie, but actually it’s full of chemicals like propylene glycol, alginate, potassium sorbate, calcium disodium, EDTA, what is that stuff? Plus, Sulfate, sodium, stearoyl lactylate, mono and diglycerides.

This is one product is what you’re going to feed your kids and it has corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup. It has epoxylated mono and diglycerides, ammonium sulfate.

Diet Sodas Used Chemicals That Are Obesity-Genic

A lot of people drink diet sodas when they’re on a diet because they have zero calories, but these are loaded with chemicals and they’ve now discovered that these chemicals they used to sweeten the sodas are obesity-genic.

Meaning they make you fat.

Okay. Let’s lookat the  ingredients on the Broccoli.

I can’t find a label anywhere, right?

Maybe because it only has one ingredient, it’s only broccoli!

That makes sense.

So the best foods to eat are the foods that have no labels at all.

Meaning that there’s only one ingredient.

These are natural foods.  These are the healthiest foods for your body, for your health, and for your life.

And while it may be hard to eat only natural foods, just make a habit of reading the ingredients on every food that you eat.

Look out for chemicals, be aware of what these chemicals are doing to you, and if possible eliminate them from your diet.

You’ll see results really fast.

By cutting these chemicals out of your diet, you’re going to lose weight and have amazing health.

But by buying food without chemicals, you’re also voting with your dollar and you’re telling these big corporations that we don’t want chemicals in our food.

So not only you will save your health, but it will also save your community and the rest of the world.
