Tip To Lose Fat While Traveling.

It can be really hard to stick to your healthy fat loss routine and healthy eating habits while you’re traveling. 

So here’s an easy tip that you can take with you wherever you go…

–> Carry nuts and fruit with you in your bag and car, and stock them around the place where you are staying.

That way, you can be SURE that you will have some healthy, natural food to eat every 2-3 hours (that’s what speeds up
your metabolism and tells your body to stop storing fat). 

When you’re traveling away from home, you can never be sure of when or where your next meal is going to come from…

But when you’ve stocked up on nuts like:

- Almonds

- Walnuts

- Pecans

(make sure there are NO chemicals, salt, or flavorings – these can cause massive cravings, bloating, and fat storage!)

And you’ve got fresh fruit that is in season:

- Apples

- Oranges

- Bananas

- Berries

(citrus fruits are best in the winter, and berries are best in the summertime)

… this is the healthiest, easiest way to make sure you have a healthy “mini-Meal” to eat every 2-3 hours to keep your energy
levels and mood sky high… 

This healthy eating habit will stop your body from storing fat and tell your body to release the extra fat that it’s been holding onto.

Trust me, most grocery stores will have these staples… no matter where you are you can usually find some nuts and fruit
from a grocery store or local organic farmers market.

I’m using this healthy eating fat loss tip right now…

Healthy Foods Can Be Delicious And Cheap…

One of the things that I hear from a lot of people is that,”I can’t afford to eat healthy foods, it’s too expensive and all the junk food is so cheap”,

“It’s so hard to justify spending all the money on eating healthy foods.”

What I have to say to that is that is just an excuse because I started to learn how to eat healthy when I was in college on a very, very tight budget and even today, I don’t eat very expensive foods at all.

In Fact, Most Of My Meals Are Just Maybe A Few Dollars

When you really add up how much it costs to actually eat the meals and the food that I eat, really it’s very, very cheap.

In fact, I would say that it’s cheaper to eat these healthy foods than it is to eat all those fattening, high salt, high processed, chemicals that are in on all those processed foods and I’ll explain what I mean by that because when you eat healthy foods, you actually eat less of them.

For instance, I don’t eat chips, I don’t eat any of those packaged snack foods.

Just I don’t eat them anymore because they’re full of chemicals, they make me store fat, they make my energy crash.

They make me grumpy and crabby.

When I used to eat that food when I would eat like a bag of potato chips, I would eat an entire bag because there’s no nutrients inside of that food so you just eat more and more and more of it.

If you compare that to the snack foods that I eat now, I will eat nuts.

I eat raw whole nuts so almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, these are nuts. They’re very natural.

They’re healthy. They don’t have any chemicals or preservatives or all the craziness.

But when I eat them, I only eat a handful. You eat a much smaller amount of the healthy food because it’s nutrient dense.

There’s lots of nutrients inside of healthy natural foods and that’s why you actually save money because you’re eating smaller amounts of the healthy food.

So start to reframe your thinking around maybe I can afford to eat healthy foods because I will be eating, instead of an entire bag of potato chips, I’ll eat a handful of nuts.

I want to give you some of my favorite foods that are cheap and healthy and delicious and will help you lose fat and give you energy.

I secretly hated my belly fat after 2 kids. After a day out with my family at the State Fair, I felt guilty about all the junk I had eaten.  I was feeling disgusted with myself…

Then I saw you on Facebook and when the coaching program came my way and I said “I wanna do it! I’m just going to do it!”  And I have always resonated with everything you say and how real you are…It’s been fabulous! The first day was easy, second day was hard but after that was easy! Even my daughter has said “Mom look at you, you look brighter!”

I realized if I don’t take care of myself I cannot take care of my children, not the way I want to.

And now I have a new belt! And new bra’s! And I’m sleeping better! I just feel better…people around town keep saying how good I look. I am actually really excited for the first time in a long time about my own personal journey! I want every women to feel this!!!!
