People ask me all the time what are healthy foods to eat and what diet should I be following. What I want to bring your attention is that there is no such thing as a perfect Diet for everyone.
Every human is unique.
We all have different genetics, we have a different environment, we have a different mindset, our mind and body are linked and connected and that’s why there is no perfect Diet for everyone.
But what you can be aware of is the foods that affect you in a positive way.
Specifically, I want to draw your attention to allergies and allergic reactions.
If you eat a food that you have an allergic reaction to, this is going to cause bloating, fat storage, inflammation, all kinds of problems –
And here’s the craziest part:
it’s also going to cause cravings.
It’s a very big sign that you’re allergic to dairy if you crave dairy.
If you are one of those people who like dies over ice cream and cheese and pizza and you just think, oh my god, that sounds so amazing, then you might have a dairy allergy.
I feel for you if you do because I have a dairy allergy and I grew up my entire life eating dairy. It was my favorite food.
I loved cheese and pizza and cheesecake was my favorite cake and I put butter on everything and I drink so much milk when I was growing up, I actually drink a gallon of milk a week.
It turns out I have a dairy allergy so that’s why I loved it so much. I would tell you exactly what to eat, I wish I could believe me, it would make everything a lot simpler, but you have to look at these things in yourself.
