Maybe you would have a suggestion. Over a year ago I lost 35 pounds and now I fell like I am stuck and blowing alot of money. I did really well with cutting back on my carbs, but it seems like I want more sugars. I never was the type to like sweets as much, but now seems like I want it more and more everyday. help!!. Your correct my problem area is my midsection. It goes down and comes right back up. I am pre-diabetic.
I understand what you mean about being stuck on sugar! I was addicted for years and finally broke free. I’m going to make you a special video to answer your question and show you the steps to lose the belly bloat blues and get your self control over sugar.
It starts with believing in yourself. I know you can do it!
Did not understand a single word you said ,just wind noise. You should listen to this yourself. No one can understand what you are saying.
Did not understand asingle
Sorry about that! The wind by the beach can be pretty loud. I’ll try harder next time :)
The camera I was shooting with didn’t have an external mic jack, but I just got a new camera and mic so I’ll be shooting more videos with better sound. Thanks for the great idea :)
I understood!
The video was veery relaxing. I didn’t realize how tight my neck and shoulders were until I was actually doing the stretches. I plan to continue doing them at home and work and see what happens with my posture and belly fat. Thanks for the tips.
Melinda
You are so welcome! Yes, it’s amazing how much stress and tension we hold in our shoulders and neck, and when we are tight our whole bodies are affected. The tight muscles throws off your posture and makes your belly sag because there is not enough space for all your organs to digest.
Keep practicing this easy tip and watch how much more energy you have as your belly fat melts away!
This was great!
I sit at a desk all day working on a computer, my neck is usually killing me by mid day, this shoulder roll really helped ease the tension by my neck. My posture is horrible, i am more aware of this now and making an effort to correct my posture.
Thanks
You are SO welcome! It’s amazing how much tension your neck holds, and you don’t even know it until you release it. Practice this a few times a day to get more oxygen to your muscles to speed up your metabolism and improve your posture so your belly has more space to digest food. This all helps with your natural weight loss journey.
I also have a video coming out next week to help with people that sit at desks all day at work, many people wonder how an they lose weight when they sit ALL DAY? Here are a few tips I just shared with another VIP member:
Set an alarm to go off a few times a day to get up from your desk, do some moving and stretching (yoga is great!) and to drink lots of water (LOTS) to keep your toxins from building up. I will be making a video next week to go over more tips and tricks to keeping the weight off while you have a busy schedule next week.
Andrea, you said to count chemicals not calories,so…there is a meatless product name brand Quorn..made with mycroprotein…it is safe to eat? is my question seems pretty good and tastes great…close to meat as you can get..even has the same amino acid and benefits of meat but no cholesterol and low in fat…I had soba noodles with the chickless cubes..no side effects yet….it is a fiber so can cause some I guess. Would like to know what you feel about this product…since soy based sometimes gives me issues. Thanks for your support.
Hi Debbie,
Quorn is high in protein and dietary fibre and is low in saturated fat and salt. It contains less dietary iron than do most meats. It is fungal based product and is widely distributed all around the world. There is some controversy with the product though. Many people seem to have an allergic reaction to it… and for this reason, I won’t try it personally because I have a sensitive stomach but all in all I don’t see it as a bad product.

Before you spring for these or any minliamist shoe, I suggest getting your gait analyzed. Most running specialty stores may do that for free or for a minimal charge. The best way is to video-tape your legs while you run on an in-store treadmill. These shoes are perfect if you have a neutral gait or only slightly underpronate. If you over-pronate (feet turn inwards) or are flat-footed, they will not provide the support you need and may lead to foot pain. Any shoe will improve leg strength if it helps you move (movement=working the muscles); not too sure about posture, as that is more you paying attention to how you hold yourself. You would get the same results wearing this shoe to help posture that you would being barefoot. If you want it simply to walk around, it couldn’t hurt.As for the 5-toed socks (I think a brand is called injingi, though I’m sure I’m not spelling it correctly); I have a pair and I’m not really a fan, but I am in the minority, as I know that they are very popular and help stretch the toes out a little bit which might help if your toes tend to cramp up after a workout.
Thank you for the helpful advice. Wearing the right shoe is always a good idea!
