Have you ever wondered why some women LOVE to
exercise? And why they even seem to be ADDICTED
to it?
These women who are "exercise junkies" used
to seem so strange to me when I was fat and
out-of-shape.
20 Minutes of cardio used to feel like 20
minutes in hell... and I would wonder, "Why
do people like this? This feels like
torture!"
It wasn't until I discovered the SECRET that
makes exercise fun that I finally understood
what all the excitement was about. And in this
newsletter, I'm going to share this SECRET with
you.
When you first start exercising, it can be
uncomfortable, and even painful if you're body
is not conditioned to exercise.
But your body is miraculous and it has a way
of dealing with this pain... in fact, it not only
'deals' with the pain, your body TRANSCENDS the
pain and you go into this really cool state of
EUPHORIA.
How does it do this?
ENDORPHINS.
You may have heard about endorphins before.
I had heard about endorphins too, but it wasn't
until I started to have a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP
with my endorphins that I began to fully understand
their BRILLIANCE.
Science describes endorphins as "opiate-like
hormones secreted by the pituitary gland that create
a sense of well-being".
I like to think of endorphins as "God's little
helpers" that show up every time you're doing
something GOOD for your SELF.
Endorphins do 4 amazing things:
1. Relieve Pain
2. Reduce Stress
3. Enhance the immune system
4. Postpone the aging process
Who wouldn't want more of that?!?
But there's a trick to receiving all these
amazing benefits... you have to WORK for it.
Endorphins show up AFTER you have pushed your
body past a threshold. AFTER you have endured
through the pain, then there is a rush of
euphoria.
This is why exercising was always so painful
to me - I would never push myself past the pain
part.
I would jump on an exercise machine and as soon
as the pain was too much, I would just give up
and say, "Exercising sucks!"
If I would have just stuck with it for a little
bit longer... I would have felt the "runner's high"
and the euphoric rush that comes when your body
floods endorphins into your system.
And the more you exercise, the FASTER you get
this endorphin rush.... so exercising becomes
MORE and MORE enjoyable!
Exercising is a great way to experience the
positive effects of endorphins, but there are
other ways to do it to. (lucky us!)
You'll find endorphins by doing activities that
are good for you, and you'll know if an activity
is good for you if your body makes you feel really
good when you're doing it.
This "high" is what becomes addictive.
And if you're never felt this, you may be
thinking that I'm crazy... but here's another
way to think about it --
ENDOR-PHINS are what you "ENDURE" until you
grow your "FINS"...
Did you follow that?
Let me break it down like this...
Your body has a way of letting you know that
it's pleased with what you're doing. That it
ENJOYS what you are giving it, and what you are
doing with it.
And it rewards you.
Your body ENCOURAGES you to do MORE of this
activity, and the way that your body lets you know
that it's happy with you, is it releases
endorphins.
Endorphins act as God's little helpers, because
when your body releases them -- they come in and
they reduce your stress...
They bring you great feelings of joy...
And they also give you a tremendous amount of
energy!
Almost like you've grown "FINS" and you're
swimming in a SEA OF BLISS.
That sounds good, doesn't it?
Yeah.
As soon as you feel them, you'll be saying,
"Score me some more of that!"
And then you'll be an endorphin junky just
like me.
So, exercising is difficult in the beginning,
and you have to "endure".
But once you break through that barrier, your
body will send you a rush of exhilaration, and
those are the endorphins.
I promise you. Just do it once.
Push yourself past that discomfort and then
notice how you feel.
Notice how much more energy you have...
Notice how much calmer your thoughts are...
Notice how much better you can deal with
stressful situations...
Notice how much younger you look and feel.
It's pretty amazing that you can do this for
your SELF whenever you need a rush of good
feelings. Your endorphins are ALWAYS there for
you.

Endorphins not only feel great while they're
happening, but they also feel great after they've
left.
They leave you with this really great feeling
of elation all day long.
It's amazing how long the after affects of
an endorphin rush will last, and how long they'll
stick around.
You'll feel like you're floating all day long.
The benefits are endless and you DESERVE to
feel good inside your body.
That's what your body was designed for - to
make you feel GOOD and to REWARD you when you
do good things for it.
Having a body that can do such miraculous
things and never using it, is like having a
Ferrari and never taking it out of the garage.
Your body WANTS to move.
Your body WANTS to be pushed past it's state
of discomfort.
And you will know this, because when you do
it... You will feel GREAT.
I want you to feel good inside of your body.
I want you to be happy with your WHOLE SELF,
inside and out.
