The Secret To Resisting Junk Food


   Lots of women ask me "How do you eat healthy
all the time when there's so much junk food around
you?"

   I know that it's hard to resist eating the
donuts that someone brings into the office...

   It's hard to not eat the cookies and candy
from the vending machine...

   It's hard to walk by a fast food restaurant
that smells of greasy french fries and not eat
them.

   But have you noticed that it's much easier to
say "NO" when you aren't hungry?

   Hmmm, maybe there's something to that.

   The key is to never let yourself get TOO
hungry to where you are desperate to eat
ANYTHING.

   Eating 5 or 6 times throughout the day will
help you walk away from junk food.

   That's how everything changed for me.

   Here's a quick tip:

  >>> Never Leave The House Hungry <<<<

   Now, I never leave the house hungry. I
always eat right before I leave my house
so I don't venture into the world that's full
of temptation.
  
   And grab a piece of fruit and a bag of nuts
to take with you because you never know when
the next time you are going to face that junk
food temptation.
