Have you ever made a commitment to yourself that
you were going to lose weight, and you start off
with the best intentions and high MOTIVATION...
But after a few days or weeks, have you noticed
that your MOTIVATION isn't as strong anymore?
And after this initial MOTIVATION and excitement
is gone, have you tried to "psych yourself up" to eat
healthy or exercise, but you just can't find a way
to do it?
If you're like I was when I first started dieting,
then this has happened to you MANY times.
I used to get so frustrated with myself and
wonder WHY I couldn't KEEP the MOTIVATION going?!
After lots of failures, I FINALLY figured out a
way to KEEP the same PASSION and INSPIRATION for
losing weight as I had when I started.
It has completely changed the way I think
about losing weight...
And it's the same technique I use today that
CONTINUOUSLY MOTIVATES me day after day for years...

This technique that I'm going to share with you
is a little advanced, but it is the most important
out of all the techniques that I am teaching you.
When you get this down, and this way of
thinking becomes your NATURAL way of thinking, then
you are on the road to a HEALTHY, fit body for a
LIFETIME.
So let me ask you a question...
What do you WANT?
If you're like I was when I first started off
on this weight-loss journey, you would answer,
"I want to lose weight."
OR...
"I don't want to be fat."
Well, what if I were to tell you that way of
thinking is ACTUALLY PREVENTING YOU FROM
SUCCEEDING.
I'm not trying to pick on you, and really it's
not your fault that you think this way because
this is how the media and our culture have taught
us to think... to focus on what we want to LOSE and
what we DON'T want.
But the EFFECTIVE way to think about something
is to focus on what you want to GAIN.
Let me explain...
When you want to get thinner, this idea of,
"I want to lose weight" OR...
"I don't want to be fat"...
The underlying message of that, or the way that's
going to happen is you're going to get HEALTHIER.
Being thin and fit is a sign of HEALTH.
Therefore, when you focus your efforts on
getting HEALTHY, the end RESULT will be a thinner,
fitter, HEALTHIER body.
Because ultimately that is your objective.
RIGHT?
And that is what you must focus on.
If you focus on losing weight, you're thinking
about and focusing on something that's going to
change.
You're not focusing on your end result.
And when you focus on how badly you DON'T
want to be fat, you're focusing on that part of
yourself that you hate.
When you're focusing on what you want to change,
and what you want to lose... all that will get you
is just MORE OF THE SAME THING.
It's like you're sending a message to the
universe, to your mind, and to your SELF, saying what
you want with your thoughts... but the universe
doesn't understand the negatives, it doesn't hear
the "DON'T".
When you say, "I DON'T want to be fat."
The universe, your mind, your cells and your
whole SELF hears, "I want to be fat."
Or when you say, "I want to LOSE weight"...
again, the universe does not understand negative
words like "LOSE".
It hears, "I want weight".
And so that's what you will get... MORE WEIGHT.

Now, I don't understand EXACTLY how or why
this works, but I've seen it happen in my life
time and time again.
When I changed my focus away from thinking about
what I wanted to change, or what I hated about
myself... and I started focusing on what I wanted
to GAIN... that's when I got what I truly wanted.
People have tried to explain this phenomenon...
Have you ever heard of The Law Of Attraction?
That movie "The Secret" did a pretty good job of
explaining it.
What you put out, you get back.
What you focus on, you CREATE in your reality.
Some would argue that when you focus on something,
that's what you see, and that's what jumps out at
you, and that's what you notice, and so therefore,
that's what happens... but if you ask me, it's the
same thing.
I have seen this "mind-focus technique" used in
lots of different ways.
I went to a financial seminar where they told me
not to focus on managing or eliminating debt, but to
focus on GROWING wealth. Because whatever you focus
on, that's what you get MORE of.
And if a person has a terminal illness, I've heard
people who recovered say that they didn't focus on
their illness, they focused on GETTING HEALTHY.

When I realized that I wanted to be a HEALTHY
person, I forgot about my body issues.
I forgot about how uncomfortable I was in my
body, how much I hated my fat thighs and my stomach
pooch.
And that ONE switch in my focus created an
entirely different reality in my mind.
First it changed in my mind, and then it changed
in my body.
This may sound crazy and out there, but this is
how it happened.
And this is how you will get your end result of
a thinner, healthier body -- is by FOCUSING ON
WHERE YOU WANT TO GO.
Focusing on a HEALTHY body, not focusing on how
much you want to lose and what your goal weight is
and how much you weigh today and tomorrow...
HEALTH.
Think about HEALTH.
Focus on HEALTH.
Ask yourself, "What can I eat that's going to
make me HEALTHY?"
"What can I do that's going to make me healthy?"
And then your INTENTIONS of HEALTH will guide
you in the right direction.

You can even take it to a deeper level, and
ask yourself (and the universe), "How can I make my
heart HEALTHY and my lungs HEALTHY?"
And when you ask these questions, you will get
the answers you are searching for...
"I want to take deeper breaths. I want to do
cardio to keep my heart pumping strong throughout
my entire life."
Do you see how powerful this technique can be?
It's almost like, there are no other options but
success, because when that is all your mind is
thinking about... that's the ONLY option there is.

And see when you focus on HEALTH, you get
this INTERNAL MOTIVATION to KEEP doing it!
Because if you're focusing on losing weight...
losing weight takes time, my friend. And you're
going to get frustrated and you're going to want
to give up.
I hate to break it to you, but I'm not lying to
you.
I'm sick of all the people who are out there
telling you that it only takes 7-30 days and then you
can go back to your old lifestyle.
Sorry, but that's not the way it works.
I followed a program that DOES work and I haven't
gained back any of the weight I lost.
You will make progress, but you're not going to
see it first on your thighs or your stomach pooch.
FIRST, it's going to change on the INSIDE.
Your heart's going to start beating faster.
Your lungs are going to start breathing deeper.
Your cells are going to become more oxygenated
and alive!
And this change on the INSIDE is going to change
you on the outside.
You're going to get fit.
You're going to get a HEALTHY body after you get
HEALTHY on the INSIDE first.
So focus on changing the INSIDE part of you,
your heart, your lungs, your digestion, your muscles,
all the new cells that you're making every day.
Be a part of this HEALTH TRANSFORMATION as your
new cells are being made.
THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD FOCUS.
With your HEALTHY choices, you will feed these
new cells the vitality, the energy, the nutrients,
and the LIFE that you WANT...
And you WILL transform.
Your old cells are constantly dying and new
cells are being made. This will continue throughout
your entire life.
And if you put in the right effort, the POSITIVE
effort into making these new cells HEALTHY... your
entire SELF becomes HEALTHY.
Eventually, all those old unhealthy cells die,
and you are transformed cell by cell.
So, take control of your transformation.
Choose HEALTH, focus on HEALTH, and that's what
you will get.
You will get HEALTH, first on the INSIDE, and
then your outside body will change.
You will be fit, and you will be thin, and you
will be HEALTHY for your entire life.
There are THREE CRITICAL STEPS that will help you
get you to a better place in your physical, mental
and emotional HEALTH so that you can start losing
weight... FAST.
1. Finding the right information.
2. Start Learning
3. Stick with it and stay AWARE
Luckily, you're in the right place.
As your mind and body get healthier, you will
notice that your life gets brighter and you are
filled with a deep sense of happiness and peace.
The more you focus on all these POSITIVE changes,
the more POSITIVE feelings you will feel, and the
more POSITIVE thoughts you will have...
It's like a continuous feedback loop that all
feeds on top of itself, getting bigger and brighter
every day.
And it all starts in your mind.
It's already started.
Remember that you can return to a place of
inspiration at any time that you need it, just by
focusing your thoughts on the POSITIVE path of growth
and HEALTH that you are on.
