“The Secret To Enjoying
Life Without Pigging Out”

 

 


   Did you know that there is a SECRET to enjoying
life without pigging out?

   A SECRET to being a health conscious woman ALL
THE TIME... instead of just being another one of
those women who SAYS she wants to get healthy and
lose weight, but who never makes the healthy
choices that support that goal?

   The secret has to do with what's going on
INSIDE that woman and how deeply she has "aligned"
her whole SELF with her desire to get healthy...

   And it has NOTHING whatsoever to do with whether
or not she's got strong "willpower".

   That's right.

   Being a healthy person and making healthy
choices isn't something that comes from force or
power... it comes from a much softer, gentler
place deep inside.

   And that's why so many women "fall of the
wagon" or "give up" when temptation rears it's
ugly head, while other women gracefully glide
through an All You Can Eat Buffet or a Thanksgiving
dinner WITHOUT pigging out.

   How does that happen?

   It's because the woman that can walk away from
temptation is getting her desire to say "no" from
a source that has nothing to do with how "motivated"
she is to lose weight or the amount of calories she's
eaten that day or how much she's worked out that
week, or whatever.

   It's a whole different kind of dedication. 

   It's the kind of dedication that makes a woman
CRAVE making healthy choices from the inside out...
because she FEELS so amazing from these choices that
she's making... that she just wants to keep getting
MORE of these amazing feelings.

   It's the kind of dedication that INSPIRES a
woman to want to be healthy... no matter what else
is going on in her life or how much fattening food
is in front of her, and no matter how "socially
pressured" she feels to pig out.

   I'm a much happier person when I'm making healthy
decisions, and it's taken me years to figure that
out.

   But now that I see it, I can't NOT see it.

   This is how I choose to live.

   But that doesn't mean that I have to give up
enjoying life, or make sacrifices in order
to stay "on track".

   I still hang out with my friends and family
but now I just make different CHOICES while I'm
participating in these social activities...

   And now I actually get MORE enjoyment from
life because I feel better about MYSELF and
these healthy choices that I'm making.

   Let me give you an example...

   Let's take a common, every day situation
where it's hard to stop pigging out -- Going To
The Movies.

   It's really hard NOT to pig out when you go
to a movie theatre because in today's world
pigging out and watching a movie go hand-in-hand.  

   It's the perfect place to pig out because there
you are in the dark, with no one watching how much
you're really eating...

   And even YOU aren't thinking about it because
you're in the fantasy world inside the movie screen.

   Selling fattening, sugary, chemical-filled snacks
to movie watchers is BIG business.

   As soon as you walk through the door, you're
bombarded with the smells and sounds of the popping
popcorn...

   And even if you do make it past the concession
stand, you still have to overcome all the
commercials advertising on the screen trying to
convince you to buy a soft drink and extra large
candy.

   They are doing everything they can to
encourage you to pig out, so you need some powerful
tips that will work to break you of this unhealthy
habit that will make you gain weight.

   Remember how we talked about aligning your
whole SELF with your desire to get healthy?  And
that will lead to losing weight?...
 
   Well, here is where that internal INSPIRATION to
make healthy choices will really pay off.

   Develop the habit of thinking about your health
ALWAYS... especially BEFORE you set food inside a
movie theatre.

   It is this preparation you do BEFORE you get to
the movie theater that is most important.  If you
walk into a movie theater without preparation...
THEY'VE GOT YOU.  And it's only a matter of time
before you give in and pig out.

   So here's what you do...

   Eat a healthy meal right before you go to see
the movie. 

   That way you won't be hungry and you'll only
have to deal with "the munchies" and not hunger.

   And that's a good thing, because "the munchies"
are mostly psychological learned behavior and we
can easily break that addiction... but when you're
in the "hunger zone" you become very desperate and
that's a much bigger battle to fight.

   So don't go to the movies hungry.

   As for the munchies, the way to get over this
is to bring foods with you that are healthy AND
fun to eat.

   Such as:
   - carrot sticks
   - air-popped popcorn that you pop at home (the
     microwave popcorn has too many chemicals and
     is NOT something you want to eat)
   - sliced fruit
   - bags of pre-cut, pre-washed vegetables 
   - raw or roasted almonds without any chemicals 

   Now I know these foods aren't as "exciting"
as all the chemical-filled crap that they sell at
movie theaters that everyone around you is going to
be pigging out on...

   But they don't care about their health the way
you do.  They are not in this important
transformational change that you are going through
into becoming a healthy person.

   And when the movie is over, you're going to
walk away feeling good about yourself and the
choices you made WHILE you were watching the movie.

   Can you say the same for those other people
in the movie that are pigging out?

   I know this may seem like more effort in the
beginning, but eventually you get to the point
where you have the HABIT of grabbing some
healthy food and sticking it in your purse BEFORE
you go to a movie.

   That way when you feel the dreaded "munchies"
come on... you've got a plan and you're not even
tempted to pig out on the crap that they're
selling.

   And if it happens for you the way it happened
for me, you're not going to have to do this
forever. 

   This is just a transition, what I call a
"transitional phase" where you're merging out of
your old, unhealthy eating habit of munching on
crap when you watch a movie...

   And you're merging into your new healthy
personality with all your new healthy habits of
living CONSCIOUSLY every part of your day.

   By just doing this preparation in the
beginning, very soon you will get to where you
don't even need to munch at all. 

   You will break the association between watching
a movie and pigging out.

   When the desire to munch comes on, you'll just do
like I do now and chew a piece of gum throughout the
whole movie. 

      I'm sure you know from reading these
newsletters that I like to talk a lot about the
body, mind and spirit connection to losing
weight.
  
   It's absolutely essential that you start
thinking about these issues from a "deeper"
perspective.

   But I also like to give you tips that you can
start using TODAY in your life so you can be
prepared for the obstacles that you are facing on
a daily basis.

   Now... I've just given you the secret to enjoying
a movie without pigging out.

   But what if you could learn even MORE and become
an EXPERT in enjoying every aspect of your life,
so that you're not just "resisting" the urge to pig
out, but you're not even tempted to do it... ever?

spirit will be "aligned" with this desire to choose
LOVE and HEALTH.

   The transformation has already begun.

   Like a flower opening up to the sun's light for
nourishment, your true SELF is opening up and shining
through.
