Weekend Fat Blaster Tip: Stop "Overeating" Today
Do you eat too much at every meal?
Do you tell yourself, "I'm not going to
overeat", but once you start eating, you
just can't stop yourself?
Do you walk away from the table feeling like
a pig because you stuffed yourself... again?
If so, then listen up because I just learned
a great tip that has completely broken my
"overeating" habit.
I'm so excited to share this with you...
since I started doing this, I literally eat
half as much as I used to but I never feel
hungry...
And because I'm eating half as much, already
my tightest jeans are starting to feel loose
and my stomach pooch that I've ALWAYS had is
starting to disappear completely.
Here's what happened...
>>> I would stuff myself at EVERY meal <<<<
I have been an "overeater" my entire life.
I was never able to stop eating before I felt
completely full. And just a few minutes after I
felt "full" it would turn into PAIN...
I was always painfully stuffed.
Even though I've known for years that you're
supposed to stop eating BEFORE you are full,
I've never been able to do it...
Until I learned a trick from my friend Rose.
Rose is a nutritionist and she gave me a
private consultation to talk about my diet and
eating habits.
Here's what she taught me...
Most people only chew their food about 4 times
before they swallow.
But chewing is an important part of the
digestive process because it releases the
enzymes in the food.
These enzymes are inside of the cells and you
have to break open these cell walls in order to
let the enzymes out.
Do you remember your high school biology class
where you looked at the cells of the onion under
a microscope?
The cells all have cell walls around them, and
the digestive enzymes are INSIDE of these cell
walls.
You have to chew your food and break it down
into small pieces so the walls break open and
release the enzymes.
Rose told me to chew EVERY bite 25 times in
order to release the digestive enzymes and get the
most nutrition out of my food.
So I tried it and was amazed at what happened.
>>> Chewing Your Food Slows You Down <<<<
By chewing EVERY bite 25 times, not only am I
getting more nutrition, but it has given me a tool
that I have never had before...
Now, I eat SLOWLY and I am aware that I am
no longer hungry BEFORE I overeat and get too
full.
Chewing 25 times brings me into the present
moment and I feel more "tuned into" my food.
It has turned the eating experience into a
very "zen" state. I feel like I am fully
absorbed with getting the most nutrition out of
every bite of food.
And now I NEVER overeat.
I have only been doing this for a week now,
and I am amazed at how much this simple tip has
changed my eating experience.
I am no longer ravenously shoving food into
my mouth to silence the pain of hunger.
There is a profound sense of peace that
washes over me, even when I am REALLY hungry.
Because I know that every bite is going to
be chewed at least 25 times, I guess it just makes
me feel more calm.
And the biggest surprise to me is how quickly
I notice that I feel full.
Before I would have shoveled in all the food
into my mouth as quickly as possible and I
wouldn't have even noticed how full I was until
AFTER I was done eating everything that was on
my plate in front of me.
Now, by slowing down and chewing every bite
25 times... I notice as soon as I feel full -
which turns out is only about HALF the plate of
food.
Crazy huh!?
I'm still amazed at how much this has changed
my eating habit... a habit that I've had my
ENITRE life...
I'm no longer "rushed" to just fill my body
with food.
I chew every bite 25 times and I have peace
and PATIENCE around eating.
It has completely changed the eating experience
for me.
Now I feel calm and relaxed and "tuned into"
knowing EXACTLY how much food my body REALLY needs.
So here's your weekend fat blaster tip --
>>>> Chew Every Bite 25 times <<<<

quick and simple tip can completely change your
eating experience.
