Alcoholic Drinks With Less Sugar
Weekends are DANGER ZONES - where you can
undo all the good things you've done for yourself
during the week.
Here's your Friday Tip for getting through the
weekend and staying on top of your goals.

Alcoholic drinks can be a MAJOR source of
sugar and calories, but if you swap your favorite
drink for these, you will still stay on track.
Pina Colada ---> Coconut flavored rum and Diet Coke
Mojito ---> Vodka and Seltzer with a squeeze of lime and mint leaves
Long Island Ice Tea ---> Rum and Diet Coke
Say you have 2 or 3 drinks in a night, this can save
you HUNDREDS of calories from all that extra sugar you're
not drinking.
And as you know, the more sugar you eat and drink, the
more you crave it.
