“How To Find And Afford
The Best Trainer For YOU”

I'm going to give you a few easy ways that you
can "send the message" that you are SERIOUS about
getting healthy and you are ready to find a
personal motivator and trainer that will help
you

Just making the effort to find a trainer, and
I'll teach you how to do that and I'll show you how
to do that in this newsletter.

You've heard that saying, "put your money where
your mouth is".  Well there are a lot of people who
TALK about losing weight, but they're not willing
to make it happen... to spend their money that it
might take to get healthy and to lose weight.

One of the best things you can do with your money
in your fight to reclaim your health is to get a
personal trainer.

There is something about the commitment of
giving away your hard earned money to your health
that makes a statement, either to the universe or to
other people, or to yourself that says, "I'm serious
about getting healthy and losing weight.  I'm even
spending my money on it."

Do you see how powerful of a statement this is?

Most people think of spending money on their
health as a luxury that only the rich can afford.

I disagree.  If you're creative and determined
to find ways to make a healthy lifestyle
affordable to YOU... then IT WILL HAPPEN.

If you start thinking about the money that
you spend for your health as part of your
budget every month, you will be way ahead of
the rest of the population in terms of
preventing illnesses and injuries in the
future.

Your health is not a commodity to be
bargained with or to put off because you
convinced yourself that you can't afford to
get healthy.

I encourage you to stop thinking about a healthy
lifestyle as something that you can't afford, and
instead start to see it as a necessity and part of
your monthly bills.

This money that you are spending on your health
every month is your "health budget".

You have your car payments, your rent or your
house payments.  You have medical insurance... and
you have your health budget.

And out of that health budget, there is going
to be healthy foods, supplements, vitamins, and
fitness costs, gym memberships, yoga studio
classes, dance classes... whatever it may be, but
it all goes towards your health budget.

   And that is a necessity.

It is necessary to spend money in order to keep
yourself healthy, or I promise you, you will spend
even more money in the long run.

When you get sick, your whole live can be
bankrupt.  You can lose all your money.

But spending a little bit, a percentage of your
money each month towards your health and maintaining
your health, will save you money.

And it will keep you happier while you're alive.

So your health budget is money designated to
getting yourself healthy, and one of those costs
should be a trainer.

There is nothing better than sending a check
every month to guarantee that you will show up to
work out.  You will go to move your body.

>>>> WHAT KIND OF TRAINER DO YOU WANT? <<<<

There are so many different kinds of trainers out
there.  You don't just have to stay in a gym.

I know trainers that take their clients
outside to work out on front lawns and local
parks.

And if you live in an area where there's water,
you can meet at the lake, or the river, or the ocean.
It's great to soak up as much natural beauty as you
can while you're exercising -- it makes it an
enjoyable experience for your body and your soul.

My point is, that there are LOTS of different
kinds of trainers out there.  So stop thinking
that they are all just "gym rats".

Trainers are not just confined to inside the gym
walls.

I don't know if you believe in the "law of
attraction", but I believe when you make the effort
to go looking for something, the universe has a
way of delivering exactly what you need.

So first, decide what kind of trainer you want.

Do you want someone with a dance background?
Or a martial artist?

There are even trainers that specialize in
athletic improvement for sports.

So ask yourself, "What am I interested in?"

And then go to a dance studio or a yoga studio
or a martial arts school and ask about the
teachers they work with.

Odd are the teachers are also available for
private instruction.  In fact, that's how most
teachers make most of their money.

They teach in a class to recruit clients to
work with one-on-one.

And the way to find them is just go to a gym
or a studio or a school and ask what kind of
trainers they have or if they have a directory
of local trainers in the area.

The professional trainers of the world stay
connected to gym's and studios and that's how they
get their clientele. So they're already out there
just waiting to be found by YOU.

Another great way to find these trainers is to
go to the schools that have certification programs.

Usually these schools they have some kind of
job placement for their students.

So just find out where the local schools and
studios are in your area and you will find a
trainer that's either working with the studios or
if it's a school, they are learning to be a trainer.

Working with a student is a GREAT way to get
the benefit of working with a personal trainer at
an AFFORDABLE rate.  Because students are more
likely to NEGOTIATE their prices with you.

Now granted, these students don't have their
certification yet, but if they are going to
school to be health experts you can still learn
a lot from them.

These are people who have been exercising
probably for their entire life. These are the kinds
of people who you want to make friends with and by
contacting them in the schools, you will gain a lot
by having a trainer, even if they're still a student.

>>>> SPLIT THE COSTS WITH A FRIEND OR
FRIENDS <<<<

I know lots of trainers that give discounted
rates when they can train more than one person at
a time.

I've even been in a training session where there
were 4 women all working out at once... and it's
fun!  It feels more like social hour than exercising,
but you still get a great work out.

If you don't have any healthy friends (yet)...
Ask the other women in your office, or put up
a flyer in the lunch room saying that you're looking
for a "serious-minded" training partner.

You may be surprised at how many other women are
looking to share this experience and the cost with
another person that is on a path to health.

And better yet, maybe you can work out with a
family member.

Exercising is a very BONDING and FUN experience
and it's great to share it with your partner or your
sister, or your daughter or son.

This is a great way to spend quality time with
the people you love and get healthy at the same time.

Amazing things happen when you exercise --

When your body releases endorphins, you feel
GREAT... almost "drunk" at times...

Laughter bursts out of you uncontrollably...

You feel lighter and more energetic...

You get a sense of clarity about your life and
you feel excited about the future.

Wouldn't that be a great experience to share
with your family and your friends?

And the more people you have to support your
new healthy lifestyle, the greater the odds that
it's going to STICK for a LIFETIME.

It's fun to have loved ones and friends with you.

It makes the whole training experience that much
more enjoyable and more affordable.

>>>> THE MOST IMPORTANT QUALITY OF A
TRAINER <<<<

I've had many trainers over the years.  Some
who had more credentials and more certifications
than the others... but the most IMPORTANT job
for a trainer...

IS TO MOTIVATE YOU TO SHOW UP!

If you don't like spending time with this
person, if you don't like their personality, then
you're not going to train with them, no matter how
"knowledgeable" they are.

It's really about having a good time while you're
training.

I think trainers are also entertainers in a lot
of ways because they take you out of your life and
they are teaching you new cool movements that are
going to make you feel really good.

It's a great experience to have and having
someone who you like to be goofy and silly and to
laugh with makes all the difference.

If you're not having fun, you're not going to
show up.

So, find someone who's personality really
"clicks" with you and who you really enjoy spending
time with.

You should look forward to your training sessions.
They are a vacation from your life and a break from
all the stresses of your daily grind.

Your trainer should be one of those special people
that you can't wait to get around them and spend
time with them.

It's kind of like a hair dresser. You want a
hair dresser that you get along with because it's a
very intimate space that they're sharing with you,
they're really close so you really feed off of their
energy and they feed of yours.

Also, you spend a lot of time with your hair
dresser, I mean getting you hair cut and colored can
take two, three, four hours sometimes!  And
spending that much time with someone, you want to
ENJOY your time with them.

Well, it's the same thing with the trainer.

It's even more important that you like the
energy and personality of your trainer because a
trainer is very close in your personal space,
touching your body and helping your body come
alive and working with your body... sculpting your
body.

So, it's very important to have someone who you
really like and feel close to, and feel a bond with.

That person is out there for you, you just need
to make a little bit of effort and go looking for
them.

 >>> CHOOSE YOUR TRAINER ON PERSONALITY
NOT BODY TYPE <<<<<

A lot of women think that if they work with

When you're looking for a trainer, you want
someone who you connect to personally, but they
don't have to have the exact body type that you
want.

For example, a trainer who is very muscularly
developed and may be even considered a bodybuilder
can teach you a lot about building muscle and burning
fat, but that does not mean that you will end up
looking like a bodybuilder.

Just because your trainer has a certain body type
does not mean that that's what you're going to end up
looking like.

And I say this because I know that there are a
lot of women who are afraid of getting too big,
getting too muscular.

But believe me when I tell you that this will
NOT happen unless you WANT it to.

I know bodybuilders and I know what it takes to
keep those muscles. And let me tell you girlfriend,
you do not have the time or the desire to spend
that much time in the gym and living that extreme of
a lifestyle, because it consumes their whole life.

I mean, you have to wake up in the middle of the
night and drink protein shakes so your muscles can
keep building overnight.  Who has time for that?!

   Being a bodybuilder is a full-time job.

But building muscles is key to losing weight.

   It will transform your metabolism.

To find out more about why building muscle is
so important, go here.

So you can learn HOW to build muscle best from
a bodybuilder.  They've got it down to a science.

And you will build muscle but you will not end
up looking like a musclehead.

Building muscle is what's going to change your
metabolism and change everything in your body.

It's going to reshape your body.

So when you're searching for a trainer, you don't
have to assume that just because you're training with
them that you're going to end up looking like them.

So keep your mind open and your eyes open for
different types of trainers that might be out there
for you.

Don't be limited by the way that they look. And
try different people.

Commit to trying at least three different trainers
this month. And out of those three, decide which one
you like better.

If you don't like any out of those three...
KEEP LOOKING.

The RIGHT trainer for YOU is out there.

A lot of gyms have introductory specials trying
to get those clients matched up with the right
trainer.  Take advantage of their offers and try
as many trainers as it takes before you find the
right one.

Don't feel bad if it a trainer doesn't work
out.  Personal trainers know just as well as you
do how important the bond is between trainer and
client.

I even know trainers that won't train people
who they don't get along with because it's zaps
their energy and enthusiasm to be a good trainer.

There are good enough trainers with enough
opportunity that they can pick and choose what
clients they work with.

And it's all about a personal relationship and
that special bond that people either have it or
they don't.
