Hi I finally listened to the 1st tape for Blast Belly Fat. I have yet to find time to listen to the rest.
I’m a bit overwhelmed with all of the information being sent to my inbox.
Are you supposed to listen to the tapes all in a row in 1 day or do them consecutively each day?

I’m also still trying to finish the Ebook Amazing Body Now.
I hope the VIP access breaks things down for me easier.
I am a little all over the place with where to start.

A great place to start is with the quick-start to sugar detox in the VIP.

Everyone is in a different place and there are different “on ramps” to get on this path of healthy, natural weight loss. Don’t worry about doing it all at once. It’s there for you as long as you need :) Just take it one day at a time. When you just show up every day, and commit to taking in a little bit of information every day, and then USING it and TAKING ACTION, you will find that you get exactly what you need when you need it most. Just keep showing up on this healthy weight loss journey and never give up! I believe in you!~

Hi Andrea. I’ve e-mailed Kelly several times over the last week and have not heard back at all. Not only am I not able to log on to VIP, I also only received first 2 weeks of 4 week Blast Belly Fat coaching program. I also purchased the Thin Within (without realizing that it was a bonus when I purchased Blast Belly Fat) and e-mailed re a refund for my oversight….thanks for looking into this. I really appreciate it.

Hi Andrea!
Love listening to you! The work sheets for the holiday melt down are so helpful. Great way to refer back to key learnings!

My biggest hurdle lately is MOTIVATION. Ugh! After going from single to married, relocating and being a newlywed, I’ve fallen off my routine. When I was single, working out was not only good for me and a great way to stay in shape but it was also a way to stay busy, which was important to me at that time. Now, I need to find “new” motivation. I need to find MY motivation. The icing on the cake is my husband, does not workout which makes it even harder. It’s nice to share the passion for fitness with your partner and it can be motivating. My husband has been gifted with a high metabolism and is naturally thin.

What are your tips for finding your motivation?

Welcome Dana! The key to finding motivation that lasts is to connect YOUR dreams, desires, and most important parts of your life to your relationship with your body. Your body is your best friend and it goes every where with you. So whether you want to be a better wife, have more energy for your career, or be more happy around your kids… it ALL happens as a result of taking care of your body.

The more you give your body love and loving acts, the more you FULFILL all your dreams in life. Once you “get” this connection that your body is with you and the most important things in your life are affected by YOUR relationship with your body, you get unstoppable motivation to make the healthy lifestyle and natural weight loss last.

And then you become a positive role-model and influence on the people you love the most, like that husband of yours will be grateful for you having healthy habits when his metabolism starts to slow down later in life. You have a chance to give him a gift too ;)

You are in the right place, and surrounded by other women that are also going through this same obstacle. Get the support you need when you start to fall off track. We believe in you!~

You say pasta is bad for sugar levels, but I eat brown rice pasta. Brown rice & water are the only ingredients. Isn’t this okay, then?

The ingredients are brown rice and water — those are fine, but remember that pasta is a “refined” carbohydrate, meaning it has been broken up by a machine and then put back together.

This “refining” process makes the body break it down much faster, and it will enter into your blood sugar faster and spike your glucose (or blood sugar) levels. That’s why it’s best to eliminate all processed and refined foods when you want to lose weight and stop storing fat.

Best to eat the whole brown rice grain so that your body has to break it down itself and then your blood sugar levels will rise slower over a longer period of time and not have the sugar spike that causes fat storage.

What about brown rice cakes? Aren’t they refined as well? Are they still ok to eat?

Thanks for the great question! Brown rice cakes are technically refined because i’m sure they are made on a machine, but there are no added ingredients. Look for brown rice as the only ingredient and maybe lightly salted if you choose that so it is only brown rice which is a slow-burning carb.

Hi Andrea!

I just joined the VIP a week ago and am loving all the wonderful videos and tips! I joined the VIP group because I purchased your ebook and had lost 24 pounds and am now a size six and very happy. My struggle is with keeping the weight off. I tend to be very strict with myself and when I get the weight off I allow the bad habits to creep back in. What is your best advice for being able to make this a permanent lifestyle? I don’t want the bad habits to return.

I watch your video on your Favorite Afternoon Mini Meal… Which I am going to
try… but I am curious when you put in your nuts do you only put in 10 nuts of
each and same with the fruit so that you don’t get too much fat from the nuts…
or do you do a handful?

There’s no such thing as a lame question! :) I usually try to balance every bite with equal fruit and nuts, but that’s mostly because I like it that way best. There are no EXACT dietary rules when it comes to “doing it right”… the key is to listen to your body’s needs for nutrition and nourishment. I like to grab a handful of nuts and a piece of fruit, and on most days that satisfies my body’s energy and nutrition needs. But some days, my body is craving MORE healthy fats, so I might go back for some more nuts after I’ve eaten the first handful. Don’t deprive yourself, but don’t eat the whole bag either! ;)

Your body will tell you what is the perfect BALANCE for you.

I’m so glad you are getting a lot of great stuff out of the VIP and all this healthy weight loss information I’m sharing with you. I believe in you!~

Hi Andrea: I have two questions:

How can a product have Evaporated Can Juice in the ingredients, but have 0 carbs and 0 sugars? I am specifically referring to Pacific Chicken Broth. Is this okay to eat?
What kind of water do you drink? What do you think of ionized water?

Hi Justin, Evaporated Cane Juice is just a fancy “code name” for sugar… AVOID it!

I don’t know how a product can have sugar and 0 carbs and 0 sugars unless they have altered the “portion size” to be so small that they can technically say “0″ when really there is when you eat a NORMAL portion size. Remember, these food manufacturers are very sneaky and they will trick you as often as they can to eat their product. That’s why it is KEY to read the ingredient labels. That’s where they can’t “hide” the ingredients.

And be sure to watch the video in the VIP on “Water” I tell you how I drink mine – out of a non-toxic metal container that I refill from a reverse osmosis filtration system, and as for the ionized water, I haven’t seen anything that convinces me that it’s the best “healing” water above others, but my friend has one at her home and says that she notices a difference in how she feels. I think if you like the effects, then go for it, but the main thing is to not get too confused about the “best” kind of water. JUST DRINK LOTS OF IT! :)

I am loving eating healthy whole foods and your right your palate changes and the junk food tastes like that junk. I also had a virus my body wasn’t fighting but when I started your program aka info and suggestions wow when you give your body what it needs its amazing the ability to fix itself – I am loving your holistic approach that deals with every element like the spiritual and yoga and the great info on food and one’s body – I havent had energy like this in a long time – I am even excited about all the healthy foods I am making – today was sweet potato hummus – if you’ve never had it and love hummus all I can say is yummo (I have no copyright to the word yummo lol I believe Rachel Rae uses it) — Thanks it really is a lifestyle not a diet.

Just wanted to share this very inspirational yoga video of a wounded veteran that they told would never walk again. I took my first yoga class a couple weeks ago and I felt amazing when I was done, I felt like I had just gotten a massage. Hi Justin, I don’t have a weight for you. I don’t believe in measuring or weighing foods, I’ve seen it’s best to listen to your body – with your energy levels, immune system health, and your thoughts and moods. If you are tired, crabby, or getting sick all the time then that means that your body is not getting the nutrients that it needs to be healthy.

And listen to your internal sense of hunger – only eat until you are 80% full and then stop. The stomach takes about 20 minutes to register to your brain that you are full, so you’ll find yourself getting more and full over the next 20 minutes. Plus, when you stop overeating your body’s metabolism works faster because you are able to digest the foods better and absorb more of the nutrients.

If you HAVE to measure something, go with a “serving” as about the size of your palm.
